Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on crolen.com that are delivered within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Orders arranged outside the website (for example, via WhatsApp for destinations outside the UAE) may follow separate shipping terms provided at the time of ordering.

1) Order processing (preparing your order)

  • Processing days: Monday to Saturday.
  • Orders placed late in the day, on Sundays, or during public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
  • For some Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may request confirmation before dispatch to reduce failed deliveries.

2) Delivery timelines

Estimated: 1–3 business days

  • Within the UAE, delivery is typically completed within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and can be affected by courier operations, traffic, weather, peak seasons, or remote-area access.

2.1 Urgent / same-day delivery

Some orders may be delivered the same day or next day depending on when the order is placed and courier availability. If you need urgent delivery, please contact us on WhatsApp.

Urgent delivery may have extra charges or may be offered at no extra cost depending on time and location. If extra charges apply, we will confirm them with you before dispatch.

3) Shipping fees

  • Flat rate: AED 20 (the fee shown at checkout applies to your order; fees may change in the future).
  • Free shipping: orders above AED 500 (as shown at checkout).

3.1 Remote areas / extra delivery charges

Some remote areas may require additional courier charges (for example, parts of Abu Dhabi’s western region / Al Dhafra). If your address falls into a remote/extra-charge zone, we will contact you to confirm the additional delivery fee before dispatch.

If you do not agree to the additional fee, you may cancel before dispatch (where applicable).

4) Address requirements

To avoid delivery delays, please ensure your shipping details are accurate:

  • Full name
  • Active phone number (reachable by the courier)
  • Complete address (building/villa, street/area, apartment/unit if applicable, city/emirate)
  • Any helpful delivery notes (optional)

4.1 P.O. Box addresses

We can deliver to a P.O. Box if the courier can access it and you provide a reachable phone number for coordination.

4.2 Address changes after ordering

Address changes are allowed only before courier pickup. Once the order is handed to the courier, we may not be able to change the address.

5) Delivery attempts, failed delivery, and re-delivery fees

  • Delivery is typically attempted once.
  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery, handling is case-by-case depending on courier rules and location.
  • If re-delivery is needed, re-delivery fees are paid by the customer.
  • If the parcel is returned to us (return-to-sender), we may hold it for a short period to coordinate re-delivery.

5.1 Cancellations after failed delivery / return-to-sender

If an order is returned to us and you choose to cancel, any refund (if applicable) may be issued minus shipping and any courier return/re-delivery costs we incurred.

6) Order updates (tracking)

We provide status updates for your shipment. A tracking link/number may not always be available.

7) Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across the UAE (subject to courier support for your area).
  • We may request confirmation before dispatch for COD orders.
  • If a COD delivery is refused or the customer does not pay on delivery, the order will be treated as a failed delivery/return-to-sender case. We may restrict future COD (or all) orders for repeated failed deliveries.

8) Lost parcels

If a courier confirms that a parcel is lost in transit (rare), we will work with the courier to investigate. Once confirmed lost, you may choose either a replacement shipment or a refund (subject to stock availability and verification).

9) Product handling notes (filament & resin)

  • Please store filament and resin properly. Heat, humidity, and direct sunlight can affect materials.
  • Resin should be kept away from direct sunlight and stored as recommended by the manufacturer.
  • If you notice leakage or damage on arrival, contact us within 7 days with photos/videos (see our Returns & Refunds Policy).

10) Risk of loss

Responsibility (risk of loss) passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the delivery address provided in the order.
