Important: These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to purchases made on crolen.com for delivery within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.
Orders for GCC or other countries arranged via WhatsApp or other channels may be subject to separate terms, pricing, and shipping arrangements.

2) Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced here.
If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

4) Eligibility & age restrictions
- To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent/guardian who agrees to these Terms.
- Resin purchases: You must be 18+ to purchase resin products.
5) Accounts
You may check out as a guest or create an account (if available). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or restrict accounts if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.
6) Products & information
We sell 3D printing materials, including filament types (such as PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU and related variants) and standard resin.
- Product images are for illustration. Actual color/appearance may vary due to lighting, screens, and production batches.
- We may update product descriptions, packaging, and specifications from time to time.
7) Compatibility & technical guidance disclaimer
- 3D printing results vary depending on the printer, hardware condition, slicer, calibration, environment, and settings.
- We cannot guarantee compatibility with every printer or guarantee that every print will succeed.
- Any guidance we provide (e.g., temperatures, profiles, troubleshooting) is general information only. You are responsible for selecting appropriate settings and safe handling.
8) Prices, currency, and VAT
- All prices are shown in AED.
- Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout.
- If VAT becomes applicable to our business or certain supplies, we will show VAT treatment at checkout and/or on your receipt where required.
9) Promotions & discount codes
- Promo codes must be entered at checkout (unless we state otherwise).
- We may refuse, cancel, or withdraw promotions/discount codes if we reasonably believe there is misuse, fraud, or a technical/pricing error.
- Discounts usually cannot be applied after an order is placed.
10) Placing an order & order acceptance
- You can place orders only for items shown as in stock.
- Your order is considered accepted when (a) payment is successfully processed for prepaid orders, or (b) we confirm a Cash on Delivery (“COD”) order, and we send/confirm an order confirmation.
- We may cancel an order if (for example) an item is unexpectedly out of stock, there is a pricing/description error, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel after receiving payment, we will refund you.
11) Payment methods
We may offer one or more of the following payment methods:
- Card payments (processed via Stripe)
- Apple Pay / Google Pay (where available)
- Cash on Delivery (“COD”)
- Bank transfer (if offered/confirmed)
For prepaid orders, funds are captured at checkout (or as your bank/payment provider processes them). For COD, you agree to pay the courier upon delivery (where applicable).
12) Shipping area & delivery timelines
- Website deliveries: UAE only.
- Estimated delivery: typically 1–3 days within the UAE (may vary due to courier operations, weather, peak periods, or remote areas).
- Urgent delivery: may be available upon request via WhatsApp and may involve extra charges (quoted case-by-case).
13) Shipping fees
- Flat rate: AED 20 (may change; the fee shown at checkout applies to your order).
- Free shipping: orders above AED 500 (as shown at checkout).
14) Delivery requirements, missed delivery, and re-delivery fees
- You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number.
- Delivery attempts: delivery is typically attempted once, but the number of attempts may vary depending on courier operations and location.
- If delivery fails due to your unavailability, incorrect details, or refusal to accept delivery, the shipment may be held/returned by the courier.
- In case of a failed delivery, we may hold your order for up to 3 business days (or a reasonable period depending on the courier) for you to arrange re-delivery and pay any applicable re-delivery fees.
- If you choose to cancel after a failed delivery, we may refund you minus shipping costs and any non-recoverable courier/return fees we incurred (where permitted).
15) Risk of loss & ownership
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon successful delivery to the address you provided.
- Ownership transfers after full payment is received (including COD payment upon delivery).
16) Cancellations
- You may request cancellation before shipment pickup by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.
- If the order has already been shipped or handed to the courier, cancellation may not be possible; in that case, our Returns & Refunds Policy may apply.
17) Returns (change of mind)
Not accepted as standard
As a standard rule, we do not accept returns or refunds for “change of mind” (for example: ordering the wrong color/material, deciding you no longer need the item), because 3D printing materials are sensitive to handling and storage conditions.
Discretionary exception: In exceptional cases, we may approve a change-of-mind return at our sole discretion only if all of the following are met:
- Return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- All seals are intact (where applicable) and the item is in resellable condition.
- You pay return shipping / pickup fees for any approved change-of-mind return.

18) Delivery damage, incorrect items, and product defects
18.1 Delivery damage or incorrect item
- If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos/videos of the packaging and item.
- Where confirmed, you may choose a replacement or a refund, subject to stock availability and applicable law.
- For these cases, we cover return shipping (where needed) and re-shipping of the replacement.
18.2 Product defects / quality issues
- If you believe a product has a defect or quality issue, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with supporting photos/videos and order details.
- We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy (refund, replacement, or other remedy) in line with our policies and applicable UAE law.
- Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws and regulations.
19) Refund timing & refund method
- After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we aim to process refunds within 14 business days.
- Card/Apple Pay/Google Pay: refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method where possible.
- COD / bank transfer: refunds may be issued by bank transfer or another mutually agreed method. You may need to provide accurate bank details for refunds.
Banks/payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
20) Safety, handling & resin precautions
3D printing materials may require careful handling. You agree to use products responsibly and follow manufacturer instructions and safety warnings.
- Resin safety: wear appropriate PPE (e.g., gloves and mask), avoid skin contact, avoid ingestion, keep away from children, and ensure appropriate ventilation.
- Storage & temperature: store as instructed by the manufacturer (commonly away from direct light and within recommended temperatures where indicated on packaging).
- Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS): available upon request via WhatsApp where provided by the manufacturer.
You are responsible for proper handling, disposal, and compliance with any applicable rules in your location.
21) Reviews & user content
If you post reviews or other content, you agree not to post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringing.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
22) Intellectual property
All website content (including text, images, graphics, logos, and product descriptions) is owned by or licensed to Crolen and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reuse or reproduce our content without permission.
23) Third-party services
We may use third-party service providers (such as payment processors and couriers). Their services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
24) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses (such as lost profits), except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
- Our total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product(s), except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
25) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of products, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
26) Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., courier disruptions, natural events, governmental actions, technical outages).
27) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when changes were made. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
28) Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
